World Dumplings – Hands On
Come to this fun class to learn techniques on how to create the filling and the wrappers for three unique dumplings from around the globe. Each dumpling recipe made in this class is easy to recreate at home and excellent for gatherings or weeknight dinners alike! This class is appropriate for students 16 years and older.
-Shiitake Potstickers with Ginger Broth
-Sweet Potato and Ricotta Pierogies with Caramelized Onions
-Pork and Cheese Pupusas with Spicy Slaw
-Spanakopita with Lemon Yogurt
