French Baking for Kids
This is a class for students interested in learning some basic french baked items and baking techniques. Each students will work to complete each item on the menu. The class will start off with each student learning to make a basic pie dough and crepe batter. The students will the break into groups and work together to complete a pate a choux dough and additional items such as chocolate sauce and whipped cream. Finally we end class with each student tasting their own creations and most likely having some to take home with them! This class is appropriate for students aged 8-14years old.
- Mixed Berry Galette
- Strawberry almond crepes, whipped cream
- Profiteroles, chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream
Allergens / Dietary Notice: This class will use the following items gluten, nuts and dairy.
Covid Notice: Please note all classes will be limited to 10 students, tables will be spaced according to guidelines. Gloves and masks will be required for all students.
