Early fall is a great time of year for pie. Apples are just starting to ripen, but we can still get our hands on some late-season peaches and raspberries. In this hands-on pie intensive, students will get to form and make their own mini-pies to take home while we go over the basics of making a perfect pie crust, different styles of pie, and recipes for apple pie, peach pie, and pecan pie.
