Intro to French Macarons – Hands On

This class is an introduction class to French Macarons. Macarons are a gluten free Sandwich cookie that are very challenging to perfect, so this class will teach you the basics that you need to be successful in making your own Macarons. Macaron shells are made exclusively with sugar, egg white, and almond flour. Macarons can be filled with a large variety of fillings. This class is appropriate for individuals 16 years and older.

-Vanilla Macarons with lemon lime

Allergen / Dietary Notice: The following items will be used almonds, dairy and eggs.
