Kids Sunday Brunch - Hands On
Join Chef Jenny for a fun food filled class. The kids will learn to make great Sunday Brunch treats to bring home. This is a great way to learn, while having the day off of school! This class is permitted for individuals 8-14 years old.
Menu:
-Puff pastry cheese straws
-Individual quiches
-Cinnamon bread pudding in individual mini loaf pans
-Fancy spritzers with Italian sodas / syrups
Allergen / Dietary Notice: The following items will be used in this class wheat, dairy (milk/cream & cheese), eggs, and meat (pork).
Covid Notice: Masks are optional.
About Jenny: Jennifer (Jenny) Lorson has over 40 years of both sweet and savory cooking experience. She is a Culinary Institute of America graduate and has worked at top hotels, casinos, restaurants, gourmet markets, and her own cake business. For the past 20 years, cake and sugar art has been her passion; she has won several first-place awards in cake competitions. She also combined her BA in writing and MALS food studies degree to author la vida comida, a former Peruvian cooking blog. Jenny currently works for NYS but still loves to create in the kitchen, and truly enjoys teaching cooking skills to others.
