The food of Thailand is a perfect balance of hot, sour, salty, and sweet. Each dish is packed with fresh herbs, crunchy vegetables, and rich spice. In this class, we'll use simple and fresh ingredients to create our favorite classic Thai dishes. This class is appropriate for individuals 16 years and older.
