Farmers Market Cooking – Hands On
The Farmer’s Markets are back and we are so excited about it! This is a crash course in all the area markets, what you’ll find there as the summer rolls on, how to choose the best of it all and finally - what to do with all of that glorious produce. This class is appropriate for students aged 16 years and older.
