Enriched Doughs – Hands On
Learn to make decadent enriched breads in this class where you'll learn the basics of working with yeast and gluten to make one enriched dough, which will be used to make a variety of Fall themed pastries. Chef Julie will walk you through the recipes and show you some of her tricks of the trade! This class is permitted for students 16 years of age and older.
