Indian Summer – Hands On
In this class, learn how to use classic Indian spices and cooking techniques in a simple, approachable way. We’ll cooking up classic tastes, with a nod toward summertime, gathering with friends, and fresh, local food. This class is appropriate for students 18 years and older.
