Experience the beauty and allure of true Moroccan cuisine as we taste the magic of an authentic tagine, Morocco’s notable cooking vessel and most famous dish. In this class, students will learn to make:


- Spicy, smoky harissa


- Chermoula


- B’steeya


- Preserved lemons


- Chicken tagine with apricots and olives


- Almond cake
