It's approaching holiday season and everyone loves Beef Tenderloin!  Different Drummers Kitchen welcomes Chef Mike Garaghty from Wüsthof Trident and knife expert Megan Rich.  Come join them and learn how to expertly trim, butcher and cook Beef Tenderloin yourself, saving you big money!  We will trim and identify the parts of the Tenderloin for Chateaubriand, Filet Mignon and whole Roasted Tenderloin.  You will be sure to WOW friends and family this holiday season with your new skills!!


We will feature a tasting menu including whole roasted Tenderloin and delicious sides.
