Knife Skills - Hands-On

Being a great cook starts with the basics, like learning how to use and care for your knifes. In this class, students will learn a variety of cuts, like dice, slice, chiffonade, julienne and how to sharpen and hone knives. A light snack will be served, and together we will make a vegetable soup to utilize all of our cutting work.


About Lynn: Lynn Sunderland is a Culinary Institute of America alumna and longtime cooking instructor. She has cooked professionally around the country and won Grey Poupon and American Egg Board recipe contests.
