Intro to Vegan

Being vegan doesn’t have to be all about green salads and tofu. Veganism is a world of flavor and excitement that tends to lead to better health! As a longtime vegan and flavor-craver, Donna knows how to get the most out of a vegan diet and she will share her secrets for those interested in exploring vegan recipes. In this class, students will learn to prepare:

- Massaged kale salad

- Tofu mushroom stroganoff

- Maple pesto carrots

- Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies


Allergy and Dietary Warning: This class uses products with soy, gluten and mushrooms.

About Donna: As a breast cancer survivor, Donna understands the importance of nutrition for a healthy lifestyle. She embraces veganism and explores the rich and complex flavors of plant-based cooking.
