Gnocchi - Hands-On

Delightful pillows of potato-y goodness make gnocchi a hallmark of Italian cuisine, but so often this bite-size morsels become heavy, leaden dumplings. No more! In this class, students will get hands-on practice in making a few versions of gnocchi, learning the best tricks to ensure success in making easy homemade gnocchi. Recipes in class include:

- Traditional potato gnocchi with butter-sage sauce and Parmesan

- Sweet potato gnocchi in a gorgonzola cream sauce

- Autumn greens salad with balsamic dressing

Allergy and Dietary Warning: This class uses products with dairy, gluten, and egg.
