The French macaron -- the small and airy sweet sandwich beloved by French and Francophiles alike --

requires patience and time, but that doesn’t mean it is difficult to master these delightful morsels. Corinna will share her expertise in making macarons with students in this hands-on class, with recipes including:

- Hand-piped macaron cookies

- French buttercream filling

- Chocolate ganache filling
