Thick, rich and delicious, cheesecake is a timeless crowd-pleaser for dessert. For whatever reason, though, home cooks are always daunted by a from-scratch cheesecake. No more! Corinna is in our kitchen to guide students through the ins-and-outs of cheesecakery, offering tips for no-fail crusts and ideas for luxurious recipe extensions. In class recipes include:

- Butter crumb crusts

- Traditional German-style cheesecake filling

- Pecan and caramel cheesecake

Allergy and Dietary Warning: This classes uses products with gluten, dairy, nut and egg.
