Anytime is a good time for pie, though especially Thanksgiving. What would our top eating holiday be without a pie to grace the buffet? Students will gain hands-on pie experience and make their own personal pie to bake at home. Menu includes:
- Perfect pie crust
- Pumpkin pie
- Apple pie two-ways
- Chocolate-bourbon pecan pie
Allergy and Dietary Warning: This class uses products with dairy, gluten, egg, and alcohol.
