So you know how to make a basic Thai curry and Pad Thai -- what’s next? Join us on a culinary journey to learn more of what Thailand has to offer. We’ll use simple and fresh ingredients to create delicious food from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and points between, including:


- Ground pork salad with chiles and peanuts, served atop pineapple


- Green curry scallops with crispy shallots and avocado


- Homemade golden curry paste with fresh turmeric and spice


- Traditional crab fried rice
