Take a mini tour of what Penzey's has to offer and learn all about how to put them to good use. This is a great class for anyone interested in adding new flavor to their cooking repertoire, but not sure of how to do it. We'll look at curries, spice mixes and pure spices from around the world.


Cheese wafers - ultra thin and crispy. With plenty of sharp Parmesan and Penzey's Baltic seasoning. Excellent for cocktail hour!
The best vegetarian chili - Rich with flavor and gentle heat, perfect for guests or weeknight dinners. Great eating on chilly evenings!
Kafta Kebabs - Lebanese Lamb gently seasoned with aromatic cumin, allspice, mint and cinnamon. Made unforgettable with Aleppo pepper, the Turkish crushed chili with great smoky flavor. Served with cool yogurt dipping sauce.
Fall vegetable salad - roasted fall veggies with an amazing salad dressing - it's got a secret ingredient!
Anise Biscotti - Irresistably crunchy and a tiny bit sweet, with the old fashioned taste of anise in every bite. Makes a lovely gift.
The Very Best Apple Spice Cake - Tart apples, creamy butter and plenty of Penzey's spice make this an all-time favorite.
