How to Cook Class 4 - Spices and Seasonings

Food—and life in general—would be bland and unexciting without the flavor and taste we get from spices and seasonings. If you’ve ever looked in the spice cabinet and wondered what to do with all of those little jars, then this class is a great place to start sorting it all out. We’ll toast and grind and simmer spices for ultimate flavor in turmeric roasted cauliflower, Khao soi, spiced fall fruit salad and Moroccan spice chicken.
