How to Cook Class 2 - Preparing Meats

We are still believers in the idea of, “a chicken in every pot,” but knowing how to cook that chicken can be a challenge! We’ll show you a few simple ways to cook meat, including roasted chicken with pan gravy, simple steak basted with butter, pork tenderloin, and a quick side of salmon with citrus.
