A good hunk of cheese is lovely by itself, but composed with a salad, charcuterie, or paired with your entrée, a humble cheese can be transformed into haute cuisine. On the menu, tonight is Baked Brie with Cranberry and Pistachio, Arugula and Almond Salad with Ricotta Salata, Cheesy Shrimp & Grits, Grilled Steak with Onion and Blue Cheese Sauce, and Sicilian Cheesecake.
