Skip the bakery line and learn to make fresh bagels and pretzels from scratch at home! You will be amazed at how easy these doughy delights are to master. Students will be guided through the process and allowed to make their own versions of bagels and pretzels, along with mustard dipping sauce and flavored cream cheeses.
