What better warm up, feel good food than soup when you come in from the cold and it's so easy to have them ready. In this class, we’ll make real, homemade chicken soup, and homemade tomato soup, and you’ll learn why making them this way is soooooo good – it’s so easy to make these classic soups from scratch. And, why not do a little gougeres on the side? Gougeres are a puff of choux pastry flavored with cheese (usually Gruyère), and sometimes they are stuffed with a savory filling. You’ll leave this class armed with the tools to make it through any autumn, winter, or chilly Spring day.
