Every culture around the world has their own versions of the same recipe, and dumplings are no different. From China to Poland, there is a dumpling for everyone. Together, we’ll explore these savory fillings wrapped inside a dough for a true global culinary experience. Students will have the chance to make:


Chinese potstickers with spicy soy dipping sauce
Polish pierogi with sour cream and applesauce
Indian samosas with cool mint yogurt sauce
and Mexican empanadas with a zippy and vibrant chimichurri.
