You don’t need a pantry full of exotic ingredients to make superior meals each night -- sometimes you can do it with 5 simple ingredients! In this class with dietitian Laura Ligos, students will learn to make a variety of 5-ingredient recipes that work morning, noon or night. Recipes include:


- Cinnamon overnight oats


- Quinoa kale salad


- Sheet pan chicken fajitas


- Garlic parm roasted broccoli


- Protein balls
