Vacation Cooking Academy

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, February 21-23, 9am-1pm

Let’s Bake and Simmer and Chop and Cook Together! Your child will have the experience (and recipes) to help Mom or Dad make the very same dishes at home.  Recommended but not limited to ages 8-12.  It's a fun and forever skill!

February 21: Pita Breads, Latkes, Empanadas, Chocolate Monkey Bread

February 22: Cinnamon Swirl Bread, Masala Vada Fritters, Fresh Pasta with Homemade Sauces and Frozen Hot Chocolate

February 23: French Baguettes, Pierogies, Wonton Soup, Crepes, Faux-Oreos!
