Holiday Break Kids' Camp - Hands-On

Get out of the cold and into our warm kitchen! During this three-day celebration, we’ll bake up lots of breads, including chocolate chip panettone, loaves of ciabatta and brioche. There will also be pots of soup, including ramen and Tuscan bean. We’ll also learn about spice and flavor from around the world with plenty of snack foods: Indian samosa, Puerto Rican cheese fritters and Chinese siu mai. Come hungry and ready to cook and have fun!
