Every culture around the world has its own version of the same recipe, and dumplings are no different. From China to Poland, there is a dumpling for everyone. Together, we will explore these savory fillings wrapped inside a dough in this hands-on class, including:
- Chinese potstickers with spicy soy dipping sauce
- Polish pierogi with sour cream and applesauce
- Indian samosas with cool mint yogurt sauce
- Mexican empanadas with a zippy and vibrant chimichurri
