Tis the season for veggies and clean food. With the bounty from your garden, CSA share, and weekly trip to the farmers market, produce is plentiful and these recipes will get the harvest onto the table in a jif. Chef Ric Orlando will demonstrate how to make:


- Street corn hummus


- Greek country salad


- Luscious lamb kebabs with harissa yogurt


- County fair strawberry shortcake

About Ric: Chef Ric Orlando is a former rocker-turned-chef who is best known for his New World Home Cooking restaurant and oversees the kitchen at New World Bistro Bar, in Albany. He is a cookbook author, radio personality, and former TV host. He is often referred to as, "the pioneer of Hudson Valley farm-to-table."
