Cooking With Wine

Wine is a wonderful way to add depth to a recipe that lacks a little brightness or acidity. Some dishes won’t come together without a splash of wine at the very end, and who would say no to a flavorful bite with a complementary sip? In this class, students will discover the nuances of cooking with wine in dishes like:


- Brussels sprouts and pear salad with sherry vinaigrette


- Coq au vin


- Salmon with white wine and dijon sauce


- Zabaglione with fresh fruit for dessert


Allergy and Dietary Warning: This class uses products with dairy, meat, egg, alcohol and gluten.
