A cozy kitchen filled with softening onions and garlic is the epitome of soup season. In this class, we will cook up local, fresh vegetables into soups and stews from around the globe. There will be crunchy vegetables, rich broth, and plenty of spice in aromatic soups with a variety of flavors.

Learn to make Vietnamese Pho

West African Peanut Soup

and Mexican Posole Soup.
