    Let’s Bake and Simmer and Chop and Cook Together! Your child will have the experience (and recipes) to help Mom or Dad make the very same dishes at home.  Recommended but not limited to ages 8-12.  It's a fun and forever skill!

  • Crepes, Hands-On

    Friday, February 23, 6:00-8:30pm 

    Pancakes are great, but sometimes you just want something a little... different. Like a crepe: You can top it, roll it, or layer it up in a giant stack to make something completely different altogether. In this workshop, students will gain hands-on experience making crepes with everyday equipment you likely already have at home, then fill them with an array of accompaniments (from fruit to chocolate to savory toppings), then we'll take cooled crepes and layer it with custard cream to make a mille feuille, a unique style of cake.

  • Pasta Basics, Hands-on

    Tuesday, February 27, 6:00-8:30pm

    There's nothing quite like fresh pasta to make your Sunday dinner with the family that much more scrumptious. It may take some work to put together, but the end result will convince even the most basic of home cooks to lend a hand and get in on the action. In this hands-on class, we will make several flavors of scratch pasta like: 

    Spinach, Tomato and Lemon Pepper
    topped off with a Classic Marinara, Pesto Alfredo and Pink Vodka sauces.
