Winter Warmer Soups and Stews

Prepare yourself for the cold weather and fortify your kitchen for winter with a few recipe essentials. In this class, students will learn the components of making a perfect soup or stew, from homemade stocks to traditional roux. We will also make dinner rolls to sop-up the last few spoonfuls in our bowls. The menu for this class includes:


- Spiced butternut bisque (vegan!)


- Classic Italian-style beans and greens


- Boeuf Bourguignon


- Parker House-style butter rolls
