- Potato latkes (the recipe that beat Bobby Flay!)


- Homemade chipotle applesauce


- Ric’s Nonna’s Neopolitan crab sauce


- Escarole, olive and dried tomato salad


- Chocolate souffle roll

About Ric: Chef Ric Orlando is a former rocker-turned-chef who is best known for his New World Home Cooking restaurant and oversees the kitchen at New World Bistro Bar, in Albany. He is a cookbook author, radio personality, and former TV host. He is often referred to as, "the pioneer of Hudson Valley farm-to-table."
