Taste of the Southwest

Head for the desert and prepare for a flavor explosion in this fun and informative class with a kitchen expert. Together in class, we will make a Southwest fest that includes:

- Quinoa and roasted corn salad

- Pork carnitas tacos

- Chicken posole

- Chipotle shrimp tostadas

- Fresh guacamole

Allergy and Dietary Warning:This class uses products with dairy, meat, egg, alcohol and gluten.
