Portugese Favorites

Take a trip with us to Iberia, where we will make a stop in Portugal to taste classic examples of the rich flavors the country offers. Surrounded by the sea and at the crux of global trade and the spice roads, this class will put a bit of history on your plate, with dishes that include:

- Caldeirada (fisherman’s stew)

- Portuguese summer salad

- Posta miradesa (grilled steak)

- Pastel de Belem (sweet egg tarts)

About Rob: Rob Handel is a lifelong cook who currently works as the chef for Fin -- Your Fishmonger. He specializes in seafood, foraged cooking, and complete field-to-feast dining.
