In this informative class, Fin -- Your Fishmonger chef Rob Handel will show students how to make the perfect paella, including how to make shrimp stock from scratch, with a menu that includes:

- Paella

- Shrimp stock

- Sherry vinaigrette for fresh seasonal salads.

 About Rob: Rob Handel is a lifelong cook who currently works as the chef for Fin -- Your Fishmonger. He specializes in seafood, foraged cooking, and complete field-to-feast dining.
