Summer is here, which means tomatoes are in plentiful stock! All year long we wait for the first bite of sun-warmed tomatoes that burst with flavor, and now it’s time to learn how to use them to our best advantage. In this class, students will unravel the intricacies of tomatoes to make:


- Caprese salad


- Tomato jam


- Extra-fast salsa


- Pimento cheese and tomato sandwiches


- Tomato and gruyere tart
